AllStarLink

Full AllStarLink support, two connection modes.

QSO One connects to the AllStarLink network using the full IAX2 protocol, the same protocol used by physical nodes. Choose how you connect based on your registration status.

IAX Direct

Straight to the node, no registration.

IAX Direct connects you straight to a specific AllStar server with credentials the node operator issues you. No central registry, no Web Transceiver relay: your audio goes directly to the node. It is the most flexible way to get on when a sysop wants to give you access to their machine.

  • Connect with a host, port, username, and secret from the operator
  • Works with stock ASL3 and with HamVOIP and legacy ASL2 servers
  • IAX2 call tokens supported, so modern secure auth just works
  • Set a Caller ID name, or fall back to your account callsign

EchoLink

EchoLink that works everywhere.

Many EchoLink clients fail on cellular or behind CGNAT. QSO One includes automatic proxy fallback, so you stay connected even when direct UDP is blocked.
