Delete your account

You can permanently delete your QSO One account and its data from here, whether or not you still have the app installed. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

  • Your login and email address
  • Your callsign and profile
  • Favorites and folders
  • Saved network credentials
  • Connection and diagnostic history
  • Bug reports and their uploaded logs
  • Your mailing-list subscription

What is kept

Records of any payments you made (amounts and dates only) are retained for tax and accounting, with your identity removed from them. We keep no other data tied to you.

Note: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Ko-fi) keep their own transaction records, as they are legally required to.
